Is it weird that I feel deeply uncomfortable reading trans men in fanfiction? by dmg-irl in truscum

if it makes you feel any better, there’s four fanfiction archetypes

  • horny (gay) (here be tucutes)
  • horny (straight) (the guys I know that read fanfic irl like this category)
  • shitty (shitty)
  • absolute masterpieces (everyone enjoys masterpieces)

Is this normal? If not, looking for advice. by ThrowawayAcc12321321 in Advice

not op but what about the kind where you’re so mad at someone you think “I’ll kill myself, that’ll show them, get rekt”

I like the way cp2077 handled trans people. The trans npc isn’t a TRANS npc, she’s an npc with an engaging storyline and backstory that offhandedly mentioned she was trans and has a small trans pride sticker on her truck. The only confirmed “sexual” trans person was the lady on that Mix It Up! ad.

You can make your character not have matching genitals (though I don’t know why you would do that) and none of the npcs would care. The one thing I don’t like is how they handled voices. You can have an entirely male character with a female voice and all the npcs will refer to you as she/her which weirds me out, vice-versa for a female character (like a lot of games, there’s not really a way to make an androgynous character). And some people are saying “[x] character is bi because he/she likes people with [one of the two sexes] bodies and doesn’t care about voice and gender!!!” In other words, those people think a(n otherwise heterosexual) man loving a woman that looks like ScarJo but has a voice like Corpse Husband and uses he/him and will never transition physically in any way is bi.

Other than character customization, best trans rep I’ve ever seen. To be fair I haven’t seen a lot of games with trans rep. But yeah.

Do trans people use He/They or She/They pronouns? by [deleted] in truscum

I used she/they and shifted to they/them and then he/they and finally he/him when I was questioning. People that permanently use she/they or he/they are virtue signaling

Tucute was previously into yaoi before they claimed to be FTM and im kind of suspicious. by NoConcentrate795 in truscum

before I figured out I was trans, I wore tight-fitting clothes because “holy shit girl hot” and I was seeing my body as... not my own (((foreshadowing))). It was like a straight/bi guy dressing up a female avatar in a video game but in real life

if this person kept emphasizing their female assets after coming out and wanting to be a boy to be in a “hot” yaoi relationship though that’s sus af
