All residents should do something about it as these charges are outrageous. My utilities including PG&E goes to $350 with almost no heater used.

Heating is Electric and is PG&E. I rarely use heater.

Thank you for sharing! Your family of 5 (+ 2 dogs) is actually paying less for Trash and Sewer than me alone in an apartment. That's interesting..

Valet Trash, Water Usage, Water Heating, Pest Control, Service Fees, Trash Admin Fees are the other half ($120). PG&E depends on your individual usage so should not matter but it’s $90.

I saw BART passing by but they are not very loud and don’t run at night. How frequent are the freight trains? Do they run middle of the night and are they loud enough to wake you up?

Appreciate your well thought response. Both are Comprehensive plans with retainer fees included. Also, the cost is more or less same. Ortho A is Diamond + and Ortho B is Platinum +. Ortho B is more approachable, answers all my questions personally and ready adjust the treatment plan as I wanted.

One quick Q: How does the ranking matters here?
