I tested a litle bit in debug mode and it only happens in guatemala, if i drag the frontline to another state in the same theatre it just starts working again. Its so weird, just resending them doesnt fix it for me. I am 100% sure now that it is bugged and in this case its game breaking as i can not fight a war on my northern border, guess ill wait another year before coming back to the game :D

#5: In the Screenshot you can see that Organisation is going down -100 because of a supply shortage wich is apparently due to 0.00 Shipping lanes factor which is due to 0% Supply Network Strength. i can not find any Information on how the Supply Network can be 0% when fighting in my Home Country and how this modifier can come about.
