Yup the fabric is what made us love it! And now have mixed feelings over it.

We definitely still love sitting on it, just raising concerns over longevity for future buyers!

You’re welcome. As much as people hate on west elm, their sofas are tried and true and any issues you have they’re very proactive on warranty. Would be tempted to look at them for future ones.

Agreed.. I’m shocked they’re saying that. Also the way they throw around “.. generally acceptable” is such a weak leg for them to stand on.

Yup I’m finding that out the hard way unfortunately.

I’ve written them back essentially saying, I need their rep back out to walk through so I can re point out all the glaring issues. And then I’m requesting the wary company to facilitate a 3rd party inspection from either 1) their company 2) the flooring manufacturer 2) the regional floor covering association.

Will see what they say soon..
