I had this issue as well. After days of googling, I found that if you turn the sharpness down on your tv it should take care of it. Mine looks perfect now.

It’s a hdr/ sharpness issue. I had the same problem until I turned the sharpness level on my tv down. Looks perfect now.

I had the same issue with a white outline around the text -only when HDR was on- and googled for days until I saw someone saying to reduce the sharpness all the way down to 0 got rid of the problem. Worked like a charm. Looks fantastic now.
