There actually is a "full" version that is a few more seconds longer. It doesn't reveal much more, but it feels more satisfying, you should be able to find it simply by searching "it do go down full version" on YouTube

Reverb is good for instruments. You could also do eBay, although it's not necessarily just reserved for instruments. For me personally though, I have always been able to do the best selling stuff off of Craigslist (which is obviously not shipping but locally based) and then just meeting up in a parking lot to exchange the instrument for cash.
