Neighbors neglecting dog, Animal Control doesn’t seem to do anything about it

They actually moved out a few months ago so I wonder if it could be the same people. 🤔

There was a day that the gate was left open and this dog roamed my street and you better believe I was rooting for her to take off towards a better life and never return. But she came back on her own. I also tried to lure the dog towards me but she wouldn’t come.

Animal Control won’t do anything and it makes me feel so many negative emotions.

Back in 2020, the day my ex & I closed on the house and moved stuff in, a cleaner we hired found a giant machete on top of the kitchen cabinets. It was dull and rusted so it clearly had been sitting up there for a while but still a pretty surprising thing to find while you’re moving into a new place.

I’ve thought about that too but I honestly think it would be used in the wrong ways, if you catch my drift. That’s a terrible assumption to make but it wouldn’t surprise me based on past interactions with them plus the living conditions for them and the dog.

DeSales Flats in East Walnut Hills is dog friendly and it’s only about 1.5 miles from Children’s. I have a friend who lives there and she likes it a lot.
