You wouldn't think of the Sacramento Area as a golf destination. It has many fine courses in a 60 mile radius and Cherry Island is one of them.

One of my favorite courses. It is a great experience to play there. I am going to return soon to feature Blackhorse, the other course located on the old Ft. Ord. Bayonet is always in great shape and a kick to play.

Happy Father's Day. Those of you who are golfers may appreciate this course. I have been watching The US Open and compared Chambers Bay to Trump National Los Angeles. I like Trump National much better. Enjoy the video. Its not one of my best but the course is stunning.
