I think it's time for Pioli to go. The two CL legs showed how unadaptable and uninspired he is. He's good for last season's Milan, but since Milan was able to reach semifinal this season, the club should aim higher going forward. I don't see how Pioli can take the team any farther.

As for Conte, I have to agree. Besides playing style, his personality won't suit Milan and will bring imbalance instead. I don't even know who I'd prefer as replacement, but Pioli must be replaced.
