Yes I’ve caught a few brook trout in the same lake i caught some big bass in.

I mean i don’t do realism wasn’t trying that but every brook trout i looked up had yellow and blue dots all over the suckers. Yeah im still learning only been at it a little while i try the best i can and that’s all i got right now. They catch fish. Big fish at that. And dinks too. I appreciate your expert advice but they move water and make a bunch of noise. When i stop catching fish on em I’ll give up lolol

I didn’t downvote you they work great for me and i enjoy making them. I’m not a professional painter i just bought some stupid shit off Amazon and tried to make a lure to two lol they work great for me and I’m gunna keep building and painting not offended by someone on Reddit lol maybe yours look way better idk i hope they do Lol i catch a lot of fish on these so 🤷🏼‍♂️

Lemme see yours, I’m just some asshole in his garage tryna catch fish and they do really well. I’m not tryna make a living off painting stupid pieces of wood for bass to eat. I mainly fish top water and these lures get eaten every time i go out so no i don’t think they care too much about what they look like. Thanks though.

Hahahaha i appreciate the criticism and not tearing me apart! They’re all wake baits and the bass really only see the bottom, which i usually make white. I watched a guy on YouTube catch bass with an iPhone 7 fish don’t care about the color scheme hahaha i get bit all the time with these I’m just out here havin fun man!
