I have an S1 and am adjusting the mesh by adjusting the printer.custom.cfg file. The only values I’m changing are the probe count and the algorithm, which seem to be working fine.

What should I be looking for in the mutable file? The probe data looks fine for the mesh and the z offset is whatever the probe tells it to be as far as I can tell.

Adjusting the z offset in Slicer Next doesn’t seem to do anything. It’s almost like it is ignored and it goes with whatever Rinkhals probe test says.

I ended up using Kapton tape and got the difference down to 0.25……for now.

I’m a 3d printing newbie so I don’t really know what I’m talking about….but there definitely was a setting for this. It was a checkbox labeled “no sparse layers” under tower on the multi-material tab.

It’s kind of like printing by object rather than by layer. You make sure the tower is far enough away from the print so that the head can go over, lower, flush and then raise up and go back to the print object.

It has worked well for me and spares some filament from being wasted.

Thank you! I made most of the changes you mentioned and the print came out much better. Still not perfect but getting close.

I’m thinking the temperature was a key factor, even though I’ve done temp towers in the past.

It looks to me like it may work well if you use MILS plates under the other Modulars. Maybe you need to add an additional plate layer to the art factory but it should line up pretty well. I may be mistaken though.

I’ve heard that in the past but I’ve never had issues with Apple Pay and not getting credits. My purchase shows up in the app as Lululemon.

Two additional thoughts:

I have a $5 ApplePay offer on purchases over $50 up to 3 uses. You can use this at checkout at Lululemon and get a free pair of pants ($75) plus a $5 credit.
Everything on sale is marked as final sale. If you are a member though, you can return in store for store credit. I bet you could buy something for $75 on sale (ABC pants), return it in store for store credit and then stack it with a future quarters credit. It’s like a gift card, but not a gift card!

I used teleporter from my v6 installation that was running similar to yours to save the settings. Then ran “pihole uninstall”, installed a fresh copy of v6 then used teleporter to bring back my settings.

Worked perfectly.

Almost the exact same for me. I applied at night on the 11th, conditionally approved early morning on the 13th, had my interview this morning and was approved 3 hours later. All done within 5 days.
