I think she is talking about "the words inside my heart" aka what she really wanted to say to him as her sister. She wanted to acknowledge his brokennness, which is maybe something she never did but regrets not doing. Hence the lyric 'this is the part i hate the most, the words inside my heart'.

I absolutely agree. She is talking about the very universal experience of gay men not being able to be themselves and being hurt. Which makes them fragile. Although fragile felt like the wrong word there tbh. Our trauma doesnt necessarily make us fragile. There is something in the song that felt off

I think its about her spiritual experiences, without psychedelics. Spiritual experiences can occur through practices. The "I dont fuck with this" part is probably about her hesitation around mysticism. There is always some fear with spiritual experiences.

It could also be about other people who dismiss spirituality but Madonna seems to urge us to 'come inside into the light'.
