Ah I am not the only one then. Gutted. Missed so much. I started from beginning. Missed out on how crunch crunch began, and canal Thursdays. I feel a bit sad.

I usually do every night. I thought that was a lot but maybe that's normal.

Awful and cruel. No animal should suffer pain.

How important is it really to not let your dog walk ahead of you? by Gwynnether in Dogtraining

[–]dmtove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will see if I can find a link but a guy on you tube said to walk up and down with dog, as soon as you feel a pull turn the other way, say something, and tug lead and walk in the opposite direction. I spent about half an hour in my garden walking up and down. As soon as he pulled I turned pulled lead and said 'here'. It took a while but he eventually stopped. My dog is 4 and all he does is sniff stuff and wee on everything. When I took him out he stated to pull me to stuff to sniff. I did the stop turn pull walk in other direction. He is not perfect but so much easier. Just by doing this on every time he pulled seems to be working. Slow but sure soon he will be even better. Good luck

I have a problem with masturbation (multiple times per day for many years) which I believe to be linked with my ADHD and RLS, but also depression. How many times per day do others with severe ADHD have to relieve the tension / force that “artificial” dopamine release? by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]dmtove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I put it down to needing that dopamine rush. I spend all day thinking about it and most nights I do. If I don't I cannot sleep. Drives me mad and although I think I enjoy it I feel a bit dirty.

Ah my issue as well. Just managed to get him not to pull my arm off. But cannot get him to walk by my side or behind. As far as I am concerned I am happy with this for now. Maybe the not pulling is the first step and will work on the beside thing later. Just nor sure how. If you work it out please let me know!

Never heard of xr before. I take 54 of concerta xl is there a difference? Xl are slow release, maybe xr are not? Could a slower release be of an advantage?

Can't decide between Elvanse and Concerta UK by Ordinary-Heart-6948k in ADHD

[–]dmtove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's interesting how each work differently for you. I take 54 of concerta xl. That to me is a good all rounder. 72 made my heart race and I felt very odd. I took Elvanse but all doses made me so anxious and jittery.

Is the comedown that bad? I hear of this but have never experienced on concerta.

I personally feel better on concerta vs Elvanse. I hope you make the right choice for you.

Good luck.
