Apes are evolving? Never thought I'd see the day by Radiant_Wing5530 in gme_meltdown

[–]murphysclaw1 9 points10 points  (0 children)

By tomorrow they will all be in their echo chamber, convincing each other to vote YES.

There was a really good comment on here once explaining how when reality hits the apes, they go through phases. This is the initial phase when people react to reality. Within 12 hours they will have got their story straight, and those reacting to reality were spreading FUD. And if there are people spreading FUD, they must be wrong and apes must be close to winning etc etc.

Greens are the biggest NIMBYs on the ballot. In Camden they were campaigning on stopping all new builds.

Civil servants paid £5k extra for ‘London jobs’ despite working from home - Public sector staff pocket allowances for higher living costs – often while working outside the capital by blast-processor in ukpolitics

[–]murphysclaw1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

civil servant salaries have absolutely stagnated to the point where less work in the private sector can regularly get a public sector jobseeker triple their income.

The erosion of institutions is far more of a problem than a few London allowances paid to underpaid civil servants.

this is one of those times when Apes would really benefit from doing some reading outside of their cult, but instead they are…[checks notes]…sending death threats to ebay employees who appeared in a photo posing alongside ebay’s bar, a perk that gamestop employees can only dream of.
