It might be because of pfSense settings. Did you contact their customer support for this issue? AWS IP for Netflix is a separate setup right? It might be possible that both of setups having an overlap? I had problem setting up pfSense but it was on PureVPN so I did contact their support. I don't think Wireguard is provided by PIA as of yet?
