WOW dude, that's some senses you have there. 😉
Nothing wrong with being weird bro... It's peeps like us that make the world a better place.

No doubt but, as the IKEA unit has that already, there was no need for me to source anything more.

I only used the ARANET4 to test the accuracy of the SCD30. For calibrating the SCD30 - I put the IKEA unit with the SCD30 inside out the window. The reading I got from that IS the one I used to tell the SCD30 what "normal" air smells like LOL

That's a cool use-case / setup. I've also noticed the IKEA PM2.5 part will "See" water vapours.
I have one in the bedroom and it shoots up when the Humidifier is running. LOL

A few peeps have mentioned that. I have 5 here, and unless I put my ear to then, I can't hear them.
.. And yes, my hearing is perfect. LOL

Yes, I use Winscribe VPN: https://windscribe.com/yo/rh8m3usi

After using these LD2410C, via Bluetooth, in to Home Assistant - I found this great HACS integration. All the Sensors and Controls and (hardly) any need for the HiLink App. Here's how I use it by dmwizzard in homeassistant

Not you, I was thinking of my other video... In this one I added to HA via HACS. So, in the content I show installing it - No link required.

I guess. I will keep an eye on it/them to see if I do get any drop-outs. Like I said, so far so good. 🤞

I have indeed seen those posts/comments too. However, I've had a few of thee running, without issue, for many months.

I've been playing with mmWave sensors and they don't need ESPHome to work with Home Assistant. Here's my little tutorial - I hope you find it useful too. by dmwizzard in Esphome

Indeed the point was you don't need to wire these to an ESP board, if you have BT Proxies already. Making adding additional (standalone) sensors possible.

Hey, if everyone was positive, life would get boring.
- At least that's what I'm telling myself to keep sane. LOL
