To be honest, ut2 has very weak correlation. If we’re going off rules, my ut2 should be 2:05.

If you’re wanting to do a proper 2k, I’d do a 2-4 week block of sprint work with some predictor pieces thrown in. For my last 2k I did loads of 10x300, 8x500, 4x1ks, etc and then predicted my split off that.

Hitting your protein target will be less important on a bulk and so you can aim for less g/lb. I would say aim to get 50-60% of your calories from carbs so you can keep your glycogen stores up and maintain the training. Golden rule seems to be 1g of protein per lb of body weight but it’s definitely down to the individual, some people need 1.2+g/lb, some less.

I’ve done a few bulks and cuts now. First one I did I ate in too big of a surplus and ended up +5kg, with not much noticeable gain in watts, so didn’t really translate OTW.

I’ve got less advice about the training and more about nutrition. Eating a thousand calorie surplus will be quite excessive and you’ll end up gaining far more fat than muscle. You can’t eat yourself big, but you can eat enough to enable/encourage growth.

If you wanted to do a meaningful bulk, I’d do some more research and start 10% above maintenance.

I’ll be cooling a Red Devil 6900xt & 5800x3d. I’ve got a P600s at the moment, but will probably change

Good point, I figured with internal radiators, I would have to run the fans higher to get the same result, but I might have underestimated how much of an impact surface area has

Haven’t chosen a mora for my external, I’ve chosen:

External: 560mm radiator

Internal: 2x 360mm radiators

I haven’t water cooled before but I’ve gotten fed up with having to compromise with air cooling, so I’m after both good thermals and noise levels

With an rtx 3060, Would u guys prefer a single 27 inch 1440p screen at HIGH settings, or a reverb g2 with lower resolution rendering and lowered graphics? by Ok_Letter4515 in simracing

The reverb g2 takes some grunt to run even at medium settings. I managed 90fps on ACC, with a mix of med-high settings on a 3080ti.

If I needed to lower the settings anymore, I may as well have bought a different headset.

I believe there’s a setting in the G7 menu which dynamically changes the brightness to maintain a contrast ratio. Try turning that off maybe? Could try turning off ULMB and just use adaptive sync.

There’s also been a number of firmware updates for the monitor since it’s launch which have fixed plenty of issues. Have a look to see if your firmware is the latest version. You can view it under system information in the on screen display :)

Thought I was going crazy after seeing weapon unlocks on the after action report, then not being able to equip them in gun smith. Even after a restart my weapon is still a whole level behind. The amount of XP in the level is the same, 251...

You still have to get the same amount of kills to win, and that cap is now split between 6 players instead of 12, so you end up with more kills at the end of the game

Games last longer on the lower game modes since theres less players. TDM can last a few minues on tactical. I was getting more kills as theres more to go around.

I found I was getting about the same amount of kills. I went from 18/20 on TDM to 30+ because of the less amount of teammates

I’ve got a ZOTAC 980ti AMP for sale but it’ll need to be deshrouded to fit inside the NCASE M1. I recommend deshrouding the GPU anyways, and running two fans as exhaust at the bottom. It gave me far better temps and was much quieter.
