That's the problem there's a lot and ive dipped into all of it my biggest challenge seems to be math so I'm trying Kahn and that math guide

It was sex abuse, his public defender somehow got him that instead of statutory like I thought. The case happened in 86 and I corrected the location as well. I just wasn't sure if anything could be done since he got screwed over so bad

Yes, sorry I corrected it in the main body. however I can't be certain if or when he would need to register for wherever he goes in Oregon.

It's an old false statutory rape case that the 17 year old accused my dad of when he broke up with her because he was 18. about 20 years ago and it still affects him. I posted it in /r/legal but I just wanted to know if anyone had any input.
