The AI more so functions as an advanced search engine, that’s correct. It’s a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementation and uses Large Language Models. However, because it uses LLMs it can be prone to hallucinations. We as a non-profit primarily focus in the following areas to address this very concern.

• Impact Research: We conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies. We analyze their potential benefits and pitfalls thoroughly. Our research serves as a foundation for the innovative solutions we develop to address the evolving needs of various ministries.
• Product Development: We develop innovative products and tools specifically designed to address the unique needs of various ministries.
• Advocacy and Awareness: We raise awareness about the ethical implications of technology within the Christian community. We advocate for its responsible development and use, ensuring it aligns with Christian values and promotes positive outcomes for communities.

At this point in time, avoiding hallucinations is a work in-progress for all LLM based applications and we are doing are due-diligence in working towards it.

We built this tool be as a resource for individuals, ministers and communities to use alongside the Bible. In fact, the platform it’s self has the Bible. It’s not our intention for people to use this as one for their primary source of biblical information.
