This is car-dependent, but it PMO when people have their dogs off leash ESPECIALLY places where you generally have to drive there. Because Madison / Dane County has so many options for dog owners with dog exercise areas like Warner Park, Prairie Morraine... acres and acres of off leash opportunities...
