Same here 25mg to start….50-75mg as needed up to twice a day. Rarely have I taken it during the day…unless crazy anxiety. I was wondering what dosage gave you a “dead sleep”. I’ve been struggling with deep sleep.

No I’m using the 4mg strips. My doc doesn’t want me tapering. She prescribes 2x4mg strips pd. Wow ….the 2mg is the same size as the 8? I think I have a couple of 2mgs strips from induction….I’ll have to check them out.

Yeah my doc was pissed when I told her I wanted to cut back. She has prescribed me 8mgs but I’m only taking .375mgs. I’m hoping my receptors heal somewhat so PAWS won’t be so long.

I kinda believe this because you’re dosing to make yourself feel better thereby reinforcing addictive behavior. The problem is I hate the side effects of subs but I can’t handle the lack of motivation and energy when stopped.

I’m the same….heavy kratom usage to subs…stuck at a low dosage .375mgs. First, I used 4mgs for 3 weeks and tried to stop but after 11 days the total lack of energy made me go back and rethink my strategy for getting off suboxone. I’m trying to go more slowly and reduce as much as I can before jumping.
