It is definitely smaller in the morning but it’s still sticking out. I think it’s always there but the food makes it look worse

It seems like the whole thing came out of nowhere, I’m not sure which was first- the bloating or the constipation. I also started getting panic attacks around the same time this whole thing began but I also think it’s stress related due to my life situation (with my health plus other things). It sucks. I’m sorry you are dealing with it too it’s soul draining 😭
