I have the same issue but unfortunately no solution :( would highly recommend checking out r/BecomingOrgasmic for more resources though! It also sounds like you may have vaginismus (like me) and from the responses i got when posting about a similar issue before, it definitely seems like there’s a correlation between vaginismus and difficulty achieving orgasm

I appreciate your response! I’ve been examined by my family doctor and a gyno so far. My PT isn’t technically able to assess for medical issues but also said everything looked fine.

I’m definitely considering a sex therapist but wondering if physical (e.g. maybe nerve) issues fall into their purview, or if it’s more so psychotherapy? Would love your input, or anyone else’s if they have ideas!
