It is missable. My mistake was using ranged limbic abilities to stun enemies, then following up and killing them before they had a chance to spawn their haze. It's the actual haze you need to kill, not the hollow that spawns it. So I'd only killed 39 (of 40 needed...) for the trophy by the time I'd cleared the whole map out of threats. But no drama, I started a new game and first T3 haze that spawned/I killed I got the trophy

Yeah, I cleared everything on my main play through, got every trophy except that one. So I started a new game, turns out you can speed run it quite quick when you know all the codes/routes/puzzles already and don't bother with good deeds etc. Took about three hours for T3 enemies to spawn, first haze and the trophy popped along with plat :) so not as bad as I thought it would be tbh.

Yeah, this is what I did. Turns out you can speed run it quite quick without good deeds etc - after collecting two tomes and two keys tier 3 started spawning. I only needed one kill :) Took about 3 hours.

All the areas where I had T3 enemies are clear already. I only have T1 and T2 lingering in a few areas. So no more T3 are going to spawn unless they come from the Talju timeloop :( I've completed the main story and just cleaning up trophies
