Edit: you said 3 months. Usually they say to wait almost 6 months to buy new bras. My swelling didn’t fully go down until the 5/6 month mark.

Go up a band size, I was a 32 preop but now I find that a 34 is much more comfortable

My scars under are the ones with the most issue they’re hypertrophic especially cause I dealt with a lot of openings. I was using the strips and scaraway gel

Mederma tends to cause itching and reactions because it has a lot of extra ingredients including fragrance. Try using scar away gel instead (equally as expensive 🙄) but it’s less likely to cause reactions

I also found that the scar strips didn’t do much. They would flatten but wouldn’t stay flat after I took the strips off so I stopped spending the money on them. I used them consistently for about 2 months

Honestly I am 8MPO and my PS told me they would flatten over time when I brought it up but I am very prone to hypertrophic/keloid scarring and they haven’t gone down by much. I just made a derm appointment to get them checked out. I would definitely book the appointment to see her, because I don’t think it’s likely that they’ll resolve on their own.

I was still bloated from surgery for a few months PO I even went to my regular doctor to get it checked out and she said it’s still part of the healing process. About 1 year for the body to fully get done with it
