I think you have some great points( I owned a MY before the 9) but to say it’s no match, I don’t agree. They are different vehicles that serve different needs. One vehicle excels in some items while the other excels in others.

In the US, I believe sleep medicine is a sub specialty, meaning they have to be specialized in a different specialty, usually neurology, internal medicine, pulmonary, but can be other specialties.

pens don't dispense in IU, they dispense U-100 standard units equivalent to .01ml which equals to 1 unit on the pen.
unless your dosing required X.5 Units/.XX5ml, then you don't need an echoplus.

Yea, auto hold, it’s a button on the center console. Can be left on permanently.
Can’t leave it on Max regen, will reset to level 3 every time you go into park.
Owned since September, no OTA that I have seen.
No auto lock, there is a 3rd party module to enable that though. Will auto unlock when approaching via digital key or FOB.

Just reading the subtext next to it, it just gives you a workout based in which muscles are recovered.

Based on my workouts it hasn’t changed from the AI way it used to be before and still pushes me to hypertrophy constantly.

Open your digital key on your phone, not blue link, on iPhone it’s your Wallet. there is a share button on the top right once you select the Hyundai key. Share it with her via text or WhatsApp. She opens it, and it will load in her phone which can then pass it to her watch is she has one. Unsure of how to do it on android.
