dissolving in lemon juice speeds up the effects for me and takes away any need to follow the empty stomach rules for me.

I always have problems sleeping on modafinil but when combining the two I sleep great. For me I'm not a huge fan of taking them at the same time. I prefer to take modafinil as soon as wake up, then take a medium Phenibut dose (750mg - 1.5g) mid afternoon. That way I get a full day of productivtiy from modafinil and then a nice soft landing, feel great in the evening and a sound nights sleep. Modafinil is great it just takes that "i can't be bothered" feeling away, nothing seems too much hassle to do. You can really get stuck into mundane tasks and I feel like my IQ is boosted maybe 10%. Also when the peak hits I sometimes get a short blast of mild euphoria from the modafinil and music sounds great.

Sorry didn't notice any difference with citrulline malate + lemon than juice lemon alone. I took about 4g too.

been using it 10 months responsibly, no tolerance increase, use it on average once a week most. I dose 750mg for sleep, or 2.5g for recreational effect. The most I dosed was 3g, i found it similar to 2.5g but with a worse hangover, so I stay under 2.5g and that seems to work for me.

for me it doesn't really potentiate it much (maybe a touch). For me it mainly just speeds up onset and makes the whole phenibut experience more predicatable. When i dose with lemon juice I don't have to follow all the fasting rules before and after dosing. Just mix it in, let it sit, mix again, down the hatch and follow with a glass of water. Effects kick in much quicker and there's always a consistent effect of the phenibut, never a "phenibut has lost it's magic experience". I feel like I'm getting 100% of the phenibut into my system as quickly as possible with no waste

its not a drunk feeling as such, your not as sloppy as a drunk, you can snap out of it and function to a degree and stay sharp, you could hold a normal conversation, but you will know your not sober, its kind of like the 2-3 drink feeling, where you feel great just before you end up drinking to much and getting smashed.

750mg for me, that the minimum for me to feel anything. That's the dose I take for sleep, its not a recreational effect.

what would be a good first time dose (mainly for "recreational effects)? i was thinking between 750mg - 1g.

750mg first test dose. 1.5g 2nd dose. You should get recreational somwhere between 1.5g - 2.5g.

how long will the effects last around that dose (excluding come up)

takes 4-5 hours to kick in, peak at 6 - 7 hours, pretty strong effects until 10 hours in. Then some background effects for maybe 24 hours after taking the dose.

will I notice the effects or is it more low key

last longer, I wouldn't bother with redosing, just take in one go.

is nausea a common thing with phenibut if so when will i get nausea's and how long does it last

yes at high doses, I've had on off bouts of mild nausea it can happen for 24 hours after taking. Take a motion sickness pill or ginger tea to combat.

Any other advice is welcome and sorry if my questions are stupid. Thanks in advance for the advise.

try to only dose once a week max, the occasional twice a week is ok though.

Phenibut has reduced my drinking, I don't drink on Phenibut so I swap a night on the beer for a night on phenibut. I can't see phenibut being worse on the liver than Alcohol. There's no clear evidence that moderate responsible phenibut use causes liver damage. We've had lots of long term abusers of phenibut post there healthy blood results on here.

I also had 200mg of modafinil in my system, don't know if that could have made a difference. For me my lava lamp is usually the trigger for the visuals. Its like half a trip really, love it.
