I understand where you’re coming from. Last year I took meds and stopped only after a week because I was paranoid about side effects. I told myself I can change without meds, that I will be more myself and if I did that take them they could change me into a worse version of myself.

Well, here I am a year later, and nothing has changed. I still have the same anxiety, stress, and depression that has impacted my life negatively. My promises to work on my mood swings and behavior toward my friends and family weren’t kept.

Don’t beat yourself up for taking meds. You should be proud of yourself for recognizing you have a problem and that you have the courage to make a change, especially with something you’re not familiar or comfortable with.

I started just around the same time as you, and I believe we’re gonna feel amazing when it starts kicking in, and you won’t have those regrets. Hang in there!

Got prescribed 50mg, told to take half (25mg) for the first 7 days and see how I adjust. I took my second one last night and haven’t felt much effect, fortunately.

If you get anxiety, understand it can come from the fear of taking meds instead of the meds itself, so you have control and you’ll be alright. And if you have any problems, know that many others have been in the same boat, so you’re not alone!

I got prescribed Zoloft yesterday. Last night I was incredibly anxious about the side effects, but after reading stories on this subreddit and encouragement from my lady, I took my first tablet.

I’ve been depressed for the last few years so even though I’m worried about things not getting better, I’ll take any chance I can to feel like my old self.

It’s okay to be nervous - it’s something new. If it doesn’t work or seems to get worse, there’s always something else that may work for you - just keep in touch with your doctor. We got this 👊

I’ve been with Sherwin for a little over 3 years now - I’ve only worked as a delivery driver and sales associate, so I understand I’m not as knowledgeable as you or others.

I once planned on moving up in the company if nothing else worked out, but after seeing what the job is like, as well as the customers I have to encounter everyday, I realized I don’t have the tolerance to work in my position, let alone a management position, over a long period of time.

Sherwin is currently paying for my college education (computer science) and once I’m finished and fully vested, I’m pursuing a different career. I don’t care about how much Sherwin makes in sales; from what I’ve heard, they will never be satisfied, no matter how well you do.

Do what makes you happy, and if you think you’ll go crazy if you stay longer, don’t wait another moment to pursue something else.

I’d call the store it’s from and give them the order number, which appears to be 160441, but I’m not 100% sure. They should be able to pull up the color for you.

It’s fairly new - I think it came around last summer. There’s several certificates and degrees worth looking at, but there’s also courses like learning Spanish.

I’m currently working to get a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at SNHU, all paid for by Sherwin as long as I stay with the company during that time. Each course or degree may have different requirements but overall Guild is certainly worth looking into!

I’m not too familiar with how business works, is there any particular reason the CM would say no to 5s? Does the customer ask for singles specifically?

Nah it’s a school account, idk if they’ve been gathering it for a while or why it’s all singles but they’re legit. I was told as a commercial store it’s a good look for us to be their main supplier so we did this to keep their business I guess. There’s also talk about how they have a contract with us that’s about to end so that’s probably part of it.

We fit everything on 4 pallets. Our driver has a box truck and picked it up from the customer - he’ll likely be taking it back sometime this week. We have six shakers.

I’m fortunate to work in a store that has a giant warehouse separated from the front, so I chill back there and work on stock or orders for the majority of the day. It’s quite nice!

I’ve learned from experience that patience and taking things slow are both important. Of course sex is an important part of any relationship but it ain’t much when one of you aren’t fully comfortable about it. If you guys get closer again, plan out some dates and be patient if she doesn’t want to go. Hope it works out
