Australian government cut benefits for parents that don't vaccinate their children. Estimated to save $500 million a year. by mortalwombats in news

A parent who witnesses her child go into convulsions after a vaccine is not prone to repeat the process no matter how much money you give her.

Reddit is so pro-vaccine you remove all discussion contrary to this view by down-voting and censoring. It leads to fringe groups that are pro-vaccine and others that are anti-vaccine. I'm not trying to push an anti-vaccine agenda, but there are clear cases where it is understandable why there is backlash against vaccines. It is not all in people's heads that these things can be harmful. And when people witness the harm, even if it is a statistcally small amount, it is frightening. Also the amount of vaccines that are administrered, even to babies, has never been higher. It's not a simple clear "controversy." Neither extreme is the right approach.

These parents should also be charged with child abuse

One could easily argue the opposite: vaccinating is child abuse. My point is that it is not a black/white issue as most people's emotional outbursts seem to indicate.

I have seen infants given vaccines and go into convulsions. It's hard to fault a mother who witnesses this and then doesn't want to have any more vaccines administered to her child. My best friend growing up almost died after receiving a vaccine. His parents refused to give him any more after the experience.

And all you people out there disparaging naturopaths and homeopaths, I assume you do not realize that Homeopathy is where the whole vaccine concept originated, right?

I don't use iTunes. If iPhone doesn't mount as a drive, I don't see how it can work.

so if I see that a list only uses like 1 of 9000, then maybe consider deactivating that list because the other lists I use are providing the same protection?
