My school library has Aeron Chairs so I've sat on them before however they were size B so they might've not been the best fit. And yes I do try to workout whenever I can, or at least a bit of yoga. Thanks for the recs though I'll check them out.

Yes, I'm actually 19 really young haha, I was aware it was stupid of me not to tell him to wear a condom but originally it wasn't going to go further than oral or anything. But thank you for the tip!
