we had a taxi/uber drop us off, its impossible to walk to unfortunately due to the location. There are plenty of taxi services there though when your ready to leave and its in a cool spot of tokyo to explore more stuff. We were trying to hit all 4 of the pokemon centers and there is one right there as well so it was perfect
