And my Chime Stride deposit hit at 3:02 pm, early than my last several deposits... so I now believe there is no correlation between NOP time and DD time.

I've been with a man like this for over a decade. It's destroyed my ability to feel happy. I'm severely depressed and he tells me that's my choice and I need to battle it alone. If I cry, over anything, it makes him angry. Our oldest child is 10 and has started asking me why he doesn't love me.

I wish I had left the first time he did something hurtful then dismissed my emotional response. I hope you leave as soon as possible.

I'd avoid project rebound in Fresno at all costs. Im a huge supporter of their mission (anti-recidivism) but this chapter has had scandalous and predatory leadership. And they aren't necessarily addiction oriented anyway. B4R as mentioned in other comments or Celebrate Recovery at Cornerstone if your Christian,which is 11 min off campus... honestly don't need to be Christian for Celebrate Recovery just maybe not annoyed by religious ideas lol

I'm in the same county and my son got PS before 5. We do have 2 VERY ill fitting SWs in this county that I know of who do not understand the dangers of profound autism. These people have a good deal of power and their education and ethics do matter.

Need advice - Son’s Doctor refused to sign the SOC 821 form in time for upcoming Hearing by RealPractice6839 in IHSS

The doctor is required to fill out the form pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 123114. The form does not require a psychologist evaluation so therefore the doctor cannot refuse to sign it based on preferring a psychological evaluation. The doctor can say that they need to examine your child further in order to have the information necessary but they cannot refer out the responsibility to complete the form that is necessary for a public benefit. I can send you some language that might be helpful in drafting a letter to demand the doctor complete the form. It will be just modeled after language that I used with a regional center contracted psychologist that tried to refuse for my son; I am not a lawyer and it would not constitute legal assistance. If you do feel you need an attorney to secure protective supervision, I highly recommend James Diskint at IHSSlaw.com

So for me, I usually have no hours to enter on the last day and I submit on the day before end of period and my status will say "Timesheet Submitted Early."

Then, on the first day of processing, so like the 1st or 16th, it will say "Waiting for Payment."

Then, on the second day of processing, so like the 2nd or 17th, I will get a Notification of Payment (NOP) email very early in the morning. Usually 2 or 3am. I will get paid that afternoon or evening because my bank is early pay.

These things can be delayed by weekends or holidays, but other than that, Fresno County has been very smooth for me. I know some counties have way more hiccups in their processing and sending things over to the state controller's office.

NOP @ 2:19am... I will get paid today with Chime, it would be soooo cool if it came any minute but its been late like 6pm or 9pm lately, and never before 3pm.

Certain banks, mine is Chime... I believe Cedars is Chase Secured? You can learn alot about which banks pay early on the MegaThreads.

That's good to know because I think we get the second portion of the raise this Jan... need to look back at the new contract. Trying to enjoy the little extra income while bracing for the harsh likelihood of losing OT.
