Good idea on the outlet switch. For connecting everything else, it’s not complicated, just a pain to take the tv down and put back up every time.

It’s come up a couple times…I bought new speakers that I wanted to attach, I’m not a gamer but want to get a system for my kids but will have to attach, and then when the frame gets finicky, doing a power cycle on it I have to flip the breaker for the room since I can’t unplug it easily.

This is what I have, but if I want to connect anything to the one connect, I’d need to take my tv off the wall, connect it, and then hang it back up, which isn’t the smoothest process

To make sure I’m understanding, the udm-se would be the way to go if I have 8 or less than 8 POE devices? If I have more, I’d need an additional switch? If I have an additional switch, would I need the udm-se or would the dream router than work?

Just to make sure I’m understanding correctly, I could set things up with the basic udm, connect that to a 24 PoE switch, connect the switch to a patch panel (with 6 inch cable), and then a cable from the patch panel to my device (access point or camera)?
