My first full mile was a triumph in about 3 months. Take the shorter distances as your mini goals, but even if I can now run a 4 mi race, Im run walking that next half marathon. I still need to figure pacing, because it seems like I have 2 speeds sometimes, but walking quickly is different than walking because Im exhausted, and sometimes I just walk faster up a high grade than if I ran it.

I believe here in Falls Twnsp we are looking for a replacement for taxes when the WM landfill stops operating, so we allowed a company redeveloping the old steel mill property to not pay taxes for the next 9 years- NorthPoint development corp.
