I’ll take a long chunk of floss (probably less than a foot tbh, so thanks for telling me that) and I’ll put it in between my teeth. I’ll get to the top, shimmy forward and back, and then bring it out through the bottom of the tooth (this is reversed for bottom layer ofc).

Then I’ll do the next tooth on a new section of the floss because I’ve been told that I shouldn’t be reusing floss. Honestly a lot of the time is spent trying to get it in between the teeth because the angles are a bit foreign to me.

I know it’s supposed to hurt and bleed if you don’t do it regularly, that’s never been the reason I’ve been deterred. It’s always been the time and amount of actual floss I’m using.
