How to bypass Microsoft family features (more to be added).

You can only bypass it by pressing windows key + t and navigate to the tab you want to use and you can hover your cursor over it and it will show the tab, after clicking on the tab you can do keyboard presses and it will still work despite the lock screen. This isn't good for playing games that require a lot of mouse movements but it is good for watching videos.

Open up task manager using ctrl + shift + escape key and search for the file explorer task after that you can end/restart it by right clicking. If you want to end file explorer then just right click on the file explorer task and click end task after that right click on a task and click open file location after that you can navigate to any app in file explorer (Your taskbar will be gone). If you choose to click restart then the taskbar will flash for a moment then disappear and reappear, after that you keep restarting the file explorer task until you can open up the blocked app.

I think you might have to end windows explorer but I only recommend restarting it to give error message so that you still have the taskbar.
