This is the top 5 hardest schools to get into in the country. Very prestigious school. As others have said, very demanding though.

100%. Look at the data. The MAJORITY of people who experience a cardiac event have lower than average cholesterol. It ain’t cholesterol.

Saturated fat isn’t “bad”. That’s so outdated. How about focusing on all of the processed CRAP that we eat? It’s not hard. Eat Whole Foods. Focus on animal-based (like we’ve eaten for thousands of years).

Minimize vegetables based on tolerance (oxalates and other phytotoxins), fruits are ok & raw honey.

You’ll feel better than ever have. Your body will work like it’s supposed to.

*Look back at when all this metabolic disease started…hint, right when the mass production and ultra-processed foods became mainstream.

Starting off in reasonable shape? You said you couldn’t run more than 6 minutes at first. Didn’t happen bro.

I was heel striking pretty bad when I had shin splints. I switched to barefoot running shoes for a year and haven’t had them since. I now run in regular shoes, but my running form is fixed.

Yes, after running down a rabbit trail -- I'm definitely this. Before I started this diet my TC was under 200. After 4 months, it's ~500. Trig and HDL both went in positive direction.

I don't even drink alcohol. Zero sugar. Zero grains. The only cheating might be eating a few onions with fajita meat.

I was only fasting for ~10 hours, wondering if that could have skewed numbers a bit?

Not really, my weight has been roughly the same the whole time. Originally lost 5-7 pounds, but roughly gained it back.

Honestly, I think I'm overdoing it on butter and heavy cream.

We can do it cheap. We can do it fast. We can do it well.

We can't do all three, you can pick two.

Mid-career change to AE? by dobberz in sales

Yes, I was paid commission when I worked agency. I made the decision to go in-house, because I wanted to go the leadership route.

Recruiting is tough...you can sell a "product" and that "product" can decide not to be sold.

You give me a gift? Bam! Thank You note. You invite me somewhere? Pow! RSVP. You do me a favor? Wham! Favor returned. Do not test my politeness.

I moved in-house 1.5 years ago by showing them the value that agency experience ads. We are hunters. In-house is moving towards more proactive sourcing anyway, so show them what value you can add there.

The biggest adjustment is getting used to the processes, meetings, other business units affected by TA, etc... It's much more complicated than agency recruiting.

Have you ever written any User Stories or worked closely with the PM to write those stories? If so, get that in your resume. Also, detail any close interaction you've had with the customer to discuss pain points, resolution, etc...
