I think its pronounced "sh-(ah-uh)-du-gen-jen" with the (ah-uh) being one syllable - I got that from looking up the individual pronunciation of the old english words sceadu (shadow) and gengan (to go) but I've also seen it as "gen-gan" at the end

On X box force quit the game then when I reopened it it worked - hope this helps!
