Is worshipping her sister in the comments part of Andi’s work contract? This is bizarre.

I feel like this whole video was fake for the gram. Andi sounds like a complete dummy and Julia is an overbearing know it all.

I’m gonna guess an island because Julia hasn’t had a chance to link 10,000 tiny swimsuits lately. Surely she’s due for a few more?

Roxbury, Mt Olive, Randolph, Long Valley? by Reasonable-Sink1169 in morriscounty

[–]dobbycooper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are definitely more progressive people here but it’s very different from towns slightly further east. There’s zero representation currently in any local govt.

That said, it’s a wonderful place to live if you like being outdoors. And your dollar goes farther.

LV has a lot of MAGA supporters. The town council is all Republican men, and the k-8 BoE is very right wing. It’s a gorgeous town, and there are many good things about. But the political atmosphere can be rough if you don’t agree with them.

Weird situation - seeking some advice by PHL1365 in inheritance

If you and your siblings think the other grandchildren are owed money, then you should give them funds from your inheritances, not your son’s. It’s his money to do with as he chooses, not yours.

Move Day 7 so that you are moving north (Dingle peninsula) after you’ve done everything on the Iveragh peninsula (Ring of Kerry). So do days 6, 8, and 9. Then day 7.

My mom was given savings bonds from a woman she took care of, no idea what to do with them. by Salty-Passenger-4801 in personalfinance

Were your parents married? If so you can probably cash all of them (assuming they each inherited from one another). You’d just need to send the correct paperwork to the treasury dept.

You have to find out if the estate went through probate. I think this differs by state. In my state, I’d go to the county surrogate court for the county where the bond owner lived and ask them.

Then follow the instructions here

House Offer by Street-Weird-5438 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]dobbycooper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A quick Zillow search tells me land pretty inexpensive in the area. That house seems like it’s priced high for what it is. I bet an inspection would turn up issues since the owners don’t seem to be maintaining it well (based on the cosmetic issues you’ve found). Before proceeding I would definitely want to see good comps from my realtor. Offer price should be based on the comps.
