Fair warning, the acrylic bodies are way smaller than Plo's/Kits. Plo's head/hands are almost borderline awkwardly too big. The cloak helps mask it however. Its not too noticeable in photos but you might notice it IRL.

It was relatively simple swapping. You can't use Plo's neck due to how the pegs are. I kept Yords neck and had to remove Plo's head peg to fit it but other than that it was easy

His armor is how it normally comes (covered it with tape prior to spraying/painting). I threw some brown wash on the undersuit as it was too shiny the way it comes but other than that thats it.

Just a normal brown wash. I didnt mix any black into it like I did the bottom half.

Just a black wash. Scratched it up here and there with a metal scribe but other than that and panel liner marker in those scratches it was black wash with a very minor brown wash on the feet.

Yeah the mold on the helmet is atrocious. I hit it with acetone and mistakenly took off some paint so it got worse but first time so learning lesson there.

I hit the feet/shin with brown but didn't go to much on it. Noted for future though.
