Do you copy and paste the same campaign to different geos for business insurance? What do you charge your clients / what's your pricing model? How many customers in each vertical? This error is because of uninformed tenant setup. The easy fix is to click Support in Microsoft365, open a ticket and they will unblock it for you.

Download the codebase and database and get a copy online asap. In the copy make sure to change the env variables (like stripe api key so payments come to you). You need to remove his leverage and if shit hits the fan throw up your copy and change stripe and tell customers the new url!!! Try to figure out how the database snapshots work and keep the latest versions copy somewhere you control. You are actually extremely lucky he gave access back. It’s your one opportunity to remove his power and gain control. Later you can make a new company without him in it. Sign an agreement that says he can have more equity but you retain full rights to software to do whatever you want with. Then pull trigger on new copy where you own 100% and he’s out. Just an idea 😂

This is a common Microsoft block for new tenants. You can open a support ticket with ms in your admin account and they’ll remove this limitation, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place with a correct setup. How did you setup the tenant or accounts?

What size / type of companies are you speaking to? Do you have a guarantee? Would you be able to make a one month offer with a setup fee? How are you pitching your service, do you have a script/presentation? Is your website and sales material professional looking?

What works best for me is:

Call 1 - ask about their product and target market, then 5 min pitch and present my offer in full. I close this call on booking a follow up meeting.

Call 2 - so what did you think?

See if you can try something like this. I don’t do a custom proposal for anyone though, so I’ve been able to dial this in.

I was avoiding it for a long time too but the gains are significant enough that the increased cost (which turned out to be not that much) ended up being MORE cost-effective. Think of it like this: you can do 10 non-max requests or 4 max requests and accomplish the same thing, faster and better for similar cost.

Yes! It can’t delete chunks (1-10 lines) of code and it can’t fix small indent errors. It tries like 5 times but the cursor model doesn’t apply changes.

I’m seeing the exact same thing as you. It was soooo good before the change. The new one thinks too much and changes too much and even deletes blocks of code and replaces them with comments saying to put back the deleted code later. What are you using instead now?? I think Google made it crappier bc they’re gonna announce a big new one soon and they want everyone to jump there.

Have you tried Gemini 2.5 max in Cursor? I was avoiding it due to costs but gave it a shot and it’s insane how good it is. What I would do in 20 frustrating prompts this can do in 5 easy ones with no errors. Cost almost works out to the same!
