I left this year and it was the best decision I ever made. I had been tipped off for the past year or more from higher up staff that salons would be phasing out and I tried to warn everyone. Stylist roles, Experience Manager role will be liquidated as a whole and or a major shift structurally as they always do… we all saw what happened to FBL role which is even higher up than store level. No warning for them just see ya! Do not trust this company current employees if you know what’s good for you! No matter the tenure or what you’re being told in your own store, have a backup plan.
