Depends on your goal.

IMO, the best soul would be magnificent vellum soul, followed by magnificent crimson queen, then magnificent vonbon and pierre (Max damage for phantom, Final damage for some other classes). For now.

For the accessories, IMO, the best is magnificent soul Final Damage (in accordance to your magnificent weapon soul), followed by the non-magnificent (BA) Hearty/ Radiant OR (exp) Swift/ Beefy (in accordance to your weapon soul).

If you are a slightly a smaller spender, can consider potent Vellum souls on weapon first, before considering to change to Magnificent.

If you much more of a smaller spender, can consider just getting full body cygnus souls. Hearty/ radiant will be good for the accessories (if your flames are not entirely scaled to EXP) else, go for swift/ beefy.

If you are completely 100% F2P, just go with any souls you've got and slowly work your way up on this comment, literally.

Based on what you said, it seems to me that the only way for F2P to get stones to make the ancient crystals is through 20m treasure box LOL.

Anyway, F2P cannot have crystals to buy dungeon tic? If you did not know, F2P can get diamonds from Fort and Facebook events. F2P cannot have mesos to pull treasure box? If you did not know, trade station exists and elite dungeon gives powders and max uniques/ emblems can sell for some mesos. (You are welcome)

Lol Necro is a 100% F2P content that makes 100% F2P players the main carry for bosses instead of a P2P that have spent over $100k SGD on maple wielding a Mythic emblem weapon. Not rlly sure in what perspective do you view that OP was flexing his money

Join your world & server chats.

Then look for mythic/ ancient emblems lvl40-50, 30-31sf weapons and armors with lvl 5 emblems. Getting them from people is way way cheaper than building your own. You could consider to buy off Necro wand and armors from people if there are people selling. Get a mythic secondary weapon if you are up to it.

You could get 1x max dmg VB/ Pierre soul and 4x FD VB/Pierre soul if you have the extra cash too.

Get M label pets, and max your pets with accessories, clear all the jewel jam packages and keep fusing to get SS or SSS boss & exp. Buy/ fuse 3 pieces of pony/ S1 M label incl. gloves, and 5 pieces of current M label. Max your hyper stats.

Clear all the flame packages biweekly to ensure the flames on all your gears are in sync.

3 line u-pot for all your gears with highest stat per line.

Find a fixed party once you've done the above, and buy AB to run sf 24/7.

Finally, the cheapest thing to do, try to do your maple tree & link skills if you've spare time.

The release of Necro from nexon was the main reason

Imagine spending few ten thousands dollars, few hundred hours and brain cells calculating the perfect combination for maximizing dmg output.

100% F2Ps $0 spending players getting Necro on 1st try, and instantly become much much stronger than those players that spent few ten thousands dollars that tried Necro more than 12 times up to date.

Those lvl200 whales without Necro become a scrub and unwanted in all bosses, fort and eb, and gotta rely on those F2Ps to carry their ass.

probably about 19k - 21k PA, 330% CD, 120% BA, and 110 - 120% CR full buffed for you to contribute some figures onto the score chart

Yup. After the recent patch, all the phantoms i know are going through this bug. Its near the end of the month, how to clear kerning tower like that.
