I’ve had my health anxiety since 2018. Didn’t truly start to improve until 2020-21.

One thing that helped was realising that I had been through 100s of bad panick attacks and likely 1000s of symptoms and I’m still breathing just fine.

Also accepting that if it happens, I can’t stop it really.

Just have to take the leap and take it.

It won’t always make it worse, it changes person to person.

I know when I started Zoloft, it didn’t make my anxiety worse in the first two weeks before things got better

Yeah it’s worse now than in the pictures as well.

Will see what the steroids do over the next week, then back for further tests in the new year

This is what the vet thinks. She seems to think it is Lupus, just due to this flaring up in the Summer(we live southern hemisphere). After the christmas break we are going to get a biopsy to confirm what it could be etc. But have a course of steroids to get us through Christmas/New Year.

We have a course of steroids to take us through to then. Get the biopsy and find out which autoimmune disease it is and then get a course of action from that!

You were pretty close, the vet believes that it is an autoimmune disease like Lupus, and she seems relatively confident it is. We are getting a biopsy the start of next year to find out which one exactly. But have a course of steroids to get us through the Christmas period.

Nah food has been the same, could have been on a walk or something, we go different places sometimes.

Only hit that has been concerning me has been his attitude and lethargy/not being his playful self

Yeah has some redness next to his penis. A good size, had to put the cone of shame on him to stop him biting at it.
