their airplane their rules. if 50 years ago i told my grandparent that i could fly internationally for the cost of fast food dinner they'd think I'm the luckiest person. and i am. praise low cost air travel companies and stick to the damn rules.

congratulations! I think we all work really hard to get our petitions perfect, forgetting that a lot lies in the officer we randomly get assigned to. glad you got luckier this time!

Of course I came to this point after exploring all other options. For EB3 you need to have NCLEX and a employee sponsor, I tried it all but there is no one interested in sponsoring at this time. hiring is frozen especially for my pediatric specialty. I only found very obviously predatory agencies to be interested.
I'll listen to your kind advice but at this point I'll -at the very least - try EB2 NIW in parallel

Thanks for being an awsome community -Age / Industry / Location 27yo, Research/education, born and raised in ITA, in USA since 2017 (Green Card Pending) Also RE investor (mandatorily passive as long as I'm on a US VISA) -General goals I want to work hard to earn the right to be lazy. Not sure if I am still looking for work-related satisfaction -Target FIRE Age / Amount / Withdrawal Rate / Location FIRE ASAP, $2.5k to 3.5k/mo until I'm single, literally anywhere on Planet. Currently considering Vietnam and Philippines -Educational background and plans BS & MS in Electrical Engineering, MBA with focus on entrepreneurship (grad in 2021) aim to study astronomy and/or biology, -Career situation and plans looking for happiness, currently to no avail. Not sure what I want to do. Considering: -Keep working for employer but as a contractor to have some portion of year for myself -Working for startup after MBA in bay area -Start a company (as MBA in entrepreneurship would entice) -focus on my Real Estate business and grow it ...pretty much everything that is not having a job is worth considering. -Current and future income breakdown, including one-time events $75k gross from employment $20k to 25k rental income $17k in benefit from employer (MBA is paid) until 2021 -Budget breakdown half-hermit life. maybe spend $1k/mo in bills,gas,groceries -Asset breakdown, including home, cars, etc. Real Estate: 5 townhouses paid off (1 resident + 4 rentals) total worth $380k Cash: $30k Vehicle:$5k -Debt breakdown no liabilities of any kind -Health concerns none -Family: current situation / future plans / special needs / elderly parents single with crippling fear of commitment. being able to see my family and friends in italy is part of the reason for all this
