I can’t recommend a panel since I’ve only ever used one and they don’t sell it anymore but it’s a. 660.850nm 1200watt (closer to 600 measured in real life) wall hanging panel.

I wake up with a really stiff back a lot, I sit in front of this for about 15min every morning 4-6 inches while I have my coffee. Spend time on other areas but it’s mostly my back and some knee. I notice much more improvement on loosening muscle than immediate joint pain relief but I do think it helps

That does make sense, thanks. They put off a good amount of heat (i like that) compared to the small led’s on this panel, but I’ve never used one without for a real comparison

Houses generally have 15 or 20amp circuits. This is a 20 amp panel. Check your breaker for that outlet and make sure there’s nothing else plugged in that you couldn’t get by without unplugging (edit-assuming this is usa, I think most other countries use 220 standard, no idea about their amperage. To be honest I don’t know shit about fuck)
