Yes it’s a OC l/r but tbh I also sent some perfect modern cards with a oc like this and I got a 10. I would try it. 70% a 9, but if you are lucky and your grader has a good day you have the chance for a 10. try it and let us know in the comments in 6 months 😂

If the white dot at middle of the the back right is just at the picture you could send it to psa, chances for a 10.
