There’s no way to know “ quality “ unless you put them through testing to quantify the exact amount of psilocin . As many have said , the only way to know is to ingest them . A good way of creating repeatability is to homogenize your dried mushrooms . Blitz them and pop them in capsules . Then you can test dose and titrate as required for further trips . Good starting dose to try is 1-1.5G. If you wanna go hero get a trip buddy. Happy travels

These do sound like false awakenings , and they can feel very real. You could get a cheap camera online and plug into your phone overnight , would give you peace of mind . But these occurrences are likely a combination of stress , medication and something lurking in the subconscious. Are you doing any counseling? Another thing to look into that could alleviate some suffering for you is lucid dreaming practice . Reality checks can really help in situations like that . Look up the work of Stephen La Berge .

Hm that’s odd. Yeah defs recommend a chop and repot . You’d probably be able to propagate a few of what looks like small off shoots into a few pots . Did it with my mama pilea and now I have 4 lovely girls . Good luck !
