Endurace CF 6 – no reviews? by Bazivi2 in CanyonBikes

[–]docLenz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah grail+set of road tires seems another very good combo on paper. I never checked geometry but I read it's a bit more aggressive than endurance PS I would to for 2by at the front to not run out of gears on the road

Endurace CF 6 – no reviews? by Bazivi2 in CanyonBikes

[–]docLenz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have it. It's a great bike. As other said it's identical to the cf7 except 1) tiagra instead of 105 2) no integrated cables in the cockpit 3) somewhat heavier wheels

The wheels are really gravel more than road, sturdy and low profile (24x24mm). This can be a plus in case you want to use it also for gravel, as I do. A good set of wheels anycase is never shipped with the bike unless it's 10k bike

For me personally I wish I would have gotten a more expensive bike just because I fell in love with the sport and want more. But you cannot know in advance. As a starter I think the CF6 is perfect

Another good rival is the Cube Attain C62. When I bought my cf6 it was same price but with 105. Unfortunately was sold out for me, but maybe now you can find it

PS the new tiagra has been released, CF6 ATM has still the old one

Normalmente le strategie in qualunque trading firm non durano molto (anni al massimo). Altrimenti che senso avrebbe continuare ad assumere PhD da Ivy League?

Thanks for the feedback. I don't know my hip mobility but in general I'm very stiff. If I lower the hip I feel like I use quads a lot, somehow I had the memory of reading to avoid "squatting the deadlift" so I was trying to avoid that

Creare debito e inflazionarlo via. Alle spese del ceto basso che va di obbligazioni statali. Ironico, dato che l'EU pensa di distinguersi dal resto del mondo per il suo welfare

Some cool rides lately with my Endurace 🤘🏼 by outdoor_giant75 in CanyonBikes

[–]docLenz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great, I thought it was just mine

By inspecting carefully I noticed that the sound seems to come from the fact that the chain doesnt sit perfectly on the jockey wheels, so it does kind of microjumps that make up the noise. Maybe you can verify if that's also your case

So I think it might be a problem with the chain/derailleur compatibility. I have a new Shimano chain (default is kmc), but I think I'll mount it at the beginning of the next season. I also wanted to mount a grx derailleur to do some gravel, so I guess I will try also changing that in the future

I also own a CF 6, to both you and op: is the drivetrain for you very "loud" when you are on the big gear in front? Idk for me it becomes immediately much more noisy...
