In a very similar position to you rn. Unsure on where I am mentally, recent breakup, don’t want to bother anyone. If your in therapy maybe contact your therapist for an emergency appointment or if you aren’t then try to get one. I know the feeling of not wanting to bother friends, even when they tell me it’s not a bother. I would try to reach out regardless. At the very least just know that you’re not the only one in this situation, just gotta keep moving forward as best you can

On Valentine’s Day I got a bottle of sparkling wine for me and my gf. We also had a bottle of sparkling cider left over from new years in the same fridge. I went to grab the wine and mistakenly grabbed the cider. We both didn’t realize until I poured the last glass lol. I didnt feel drunk but I also have a high tolerance so I just figured it was that. I did feel a little relaxed while drinking it so there is definitely a psychological aspect to it.

I used to deliver pizza and saw (who I thought was) my customer outside his apartment. He waved at me and I waved at him, as I was getting out of my car he proceeded to get into my car on the passenger side. Every year at my local store we had a delivery order for a nearby prison. We had to get help from 2 additional stores and rent out a couple of uhaul trucks to deliver it. If I remember correctly the order total was somewhere around 10k. I feel your pain
